Current Bill Summary

SB 900 - This act provides that Blind Pension recipients who have been deemed by an ophthalmologist, optometrist, or a physician skilled in the disease of the eye to have no usable vision shall be exempt from the five-year reexamination requirement.

This act is identical to HB 1835 (2014).
