Current Bill Summary

HCS/SB 992 - This act creates the "State Capitol Complex Subcommittee" of the Board of Public Buildings. The subcommittee shall consist of the Governor, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, or their designated representatives. The subcommittee shall have general supervision of the state capitol building and any immediately adjacent state-owned buildings that house any office of the General Assembly or its staff.
