SS/SCS/HCS/HJR 90 - This act authorizes early voting in general elections for voters who have registered to vote on or before the 4th Wednesday prior to the election during a period of the 6 business days prior to and including the last Wednesday prior to the election excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Mail-in no-excuse absentee voting shall be allowed during the same period and ballots for such a purpose may be requested. In-person early voting shall take place at the local election authority during regular business hours and requires at least one election judge from each political party to serve at the site. The act bars election authorities from disclosing information about voters with respect to early voting unless authorized. Local election authorities are not required to incur expenses relating to early voting unless a state appropriation is made. CHRIS HOGERTY
