HJR 48 - This constitutional amendment, if approved by the voters, requires the State Lottery Commission to develop and sell a Veterans Lottery Ticket by July 1, 2015. The net proceeds from the sale of this new lottery ticket are to be deposited into the Veterans' Commission Capital Improvements Trust Fund. This act is identical to SJR 49 (2014) and HJR 8 (2013).
