HCS/HCR 13 - This concurrent resolution urges the United States Air Force not to eliminate the A-10 Thunderbolt II aircraft fleet, which is maintained and supported in part by the 422nd Fighter Wing located at Whiteman Air Force Base. The resolution also urges the United States Department of Defense to reconsider its proposed budget cuts.

This concurrent resolution is similar to SCR 21 (2014).
