HB 1902 Changes the presidential primary election from February to March

HCS/HB 1902 - Under current law, the presidential primary is held on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in February. This act changes that date to the second Tuesday after the first Monday in March.

This act is identical to SCS/SB 892 (2014).
