SCS/SB 553 - Current law requires both personal care assistance vendors and in-home services provider agencies to use a telephone tracking system to review and certify the accuracy of reports of delivered services by July 1, 2015. This act changes the term to "electronic system" and makes such implementation of an electronic system optional. ADRIANE CROUSE
