SB 596 - This act defines an autocycle as an enclosed motorcycle with no more than three wheels in contact with the roadway at any one time and other safety and equipment requirements. Additionally the act exempt autocycle operators from the motorcycle helmet requirement with specific safety equipment requirements. This act also requires autocycle operators to have a driver license without requiring a motorcycle or motortricycle license or endorsement. MICHELA BIRK
