SB 865 - This act allows cities and towns to prohibit dogs from running at large provided that the regulation is not specific to breeds of dogs. The General Assembly preempts the regulation of cities and towns relating to breeds of dogs. This act is similar to HCS/HB 1116 (2014). KAYLA CRIDER
