HB 1270 - This act requires that credit card processing services disclose certain information in contracts to provide processing services. Further, this act bans credit card processing services from charging certain fees or fees that exceed certain amounts as set forth in this act. This act shall not apply to state banks, national banks, credit unions, and affiliates of such institutions. A violation of this act shall constitute an unfair and deceptive practice. KAYLA CRIDER
