HCS/HBs 1665 & 1335 - This act requires that any person who publishes an individual's booking photograph for purposes of commerce shall remove such photograph if requested by the individual within 30 days. If the person fails to remove the photograph within the specified time period, they shall be guilty of a Class A misdemeanor. In addition, the affected individual may me awarded $10,000 or actual and punitive damages, whichever is greater. KAYLA CRIDER
