JEFFERSON CITY - Senator Gina Walsh, D-Bellefontaine Neighbors, is encouraging residents of the 13th District to help keep Missouri's roadsides litter-free by participating in the Missouri Department of Transportation's (MoDOT) Adopt-A-Highway program.
