SB 285 - This act modifies the definition of "waters of the state" by removing the words "and includes waters of the United States lying within the state" in relation to the provisions of law relating to hazardous substance cleanup and the Missouri Clean Water Law.

This act is identical to HB 92 (2015) and is similar to a provision contained in HCS/SS/SB 476 (2015).
