SB 52 - This act provides that any employment contract restricting the right of a physician to practice medicine in any geographic area for any period of time after the termination of a partnership, employment or professional relationship as described in the act shall be void and unenforceable with respect to such restriction.
This act is identical to SB 214 (2011).
