SB 175 - This act removes a reference to Section 165.191, which was repealed in 1977. Before it was repealed, Section 165.191 provided budget procedures for school districts managed by a county superintendent. School districts under the authority of county superintendents no longer exist.

This act is identical to SB 341 (2013).
