SCS/HCS/HBs 405 & 381 - Subject to appropriations, the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education will subsidize no less than fifty percent of the cost of the examination fee for first-time test takers of the high school equivalency examination and may subsidize up to one hundred percent of the fee for first-time test takers. This provision will terminate on December 31, 2019.MICHAEL RUFF
