SB 279 - Currently, licensed insurance companies are required to provide a monthly report of all motor vehicle insurance policies in effect on the last calendar day of the preceding month. This act requires all licensed insurance companies to also report cancellation of motor vehicle insurance policies within one week of such cancellation. MICHELA BIRK
