SB 536 - This act provides that a state agency, when acting as a client, shall waive attorney-client privilege with regard to any documents requested by a member of the General Assembly and shall release such documents. The agency shall not assert that the requested documents are closed records under the Missouri Sunshine Law. JIM ERTLE
