Current Bill Summary

SB 162 - This act authorizes certain redevelopment areas to be eligible to receive economic activity taxes and payments in-lieu of taxes for up to 25 years if the approving ordinance authorizes such time period. This act only applies to redevelopment areas in St. Louis City that contain more than 5 redevelopment projects pursuant to a redevelopment plan approved prior to 2004.

This act is identical to SB 961 (2014).
