SB 370 - This act regulates the use of automated traffic enforcement systems used to enforce speed limits. This act restricts the use of automated traffic enforcement systems used to enforce speed limits to school zones and construction zones. This act requires prior approval from the Highways and Transportation Commission for a local jurisdiction to use an automated traffic enforcement system on any road included as part of the state highway system.
