SB 504 - This act requires a public employers to suspend pay or charge accrued annual leave or sick leave from any public employee who has been placed on administrative leave for a period exceeding 30 days. The act further requires that such employee be advised in writing within three days of being placed on administrative leave, the reason or reasons for being placed on administrative leave. This act is similar to HB 519 (2015) as well as a provision within HCS/SB 109 (2015).
