SB 592 - Beginning in school year 2017-18, this act modifies the law governing school start dates by removing the option that a school district may set its opening date more than ten calendar days prior to the first Monday in September.

This act is identical to HB 1369 (2016) and HB 1683 (2016), and is substantially similar to HB 1416 (2016).
