SB 666 - This act prohibits a member of the General Assembly from offering an amendment to a bill if any portion of the amendment is identical to a bill that has been introduced in the same regular session of the General Assembly but has not been heard by a committee of the body where the amendment is offered.

This act is identical to SB 514 (2015).
