SS/HB 2355 - This act creates within the Office of State Courts Administrator the "Missouri State Juvenile Justice Advisory Board". The 15 members of the board are specified by the act. The board must provide consultation and recommendations regarding ongoing best practices within the juvenile court system and juvenile officer standards. The board must meet at least four times per year and must submit an annual report to the Office of State Courts Administrator, the Office of Child Advocate, and the Joint Committee on Child Abuse and Neglect.
