HCS/HB 2108 - Beginning January 1, 2018, this act requires employers with at least 250 employees to file their Form W-2s electronically to the state unless granted a waiver for the federal requirement to file electronically by the Internal Revenue Service.

This act is identical to SCS/SB 950 (2016).
