Current Bill Summary

SB 1064 - Under this act, the Department of Natural Resources shall submit a budget analysis of all existing and proposed expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year to the respective budget and appropriations committees in the General Assembly. The Department shall also report on such budget analysis before the committees.

This act is similar to HB 2220 (2016).
