JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri senators are set to start veto session. Among the measures that could be considered for an override is Senate Bill 656, which would make changes to laws relating to self-defense, unlawful weapons use and concealed-carry permits. Veto session will start at noon tomorrow (Wednesday, Sept. 14). We’ve included actualities from bill sponsor, Sen. Brian Munzlinger, R-Williamstown, and Sen.
