JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews:
- House Bill 1979, which would impose a one-session rule for lobbying by former members of the Missouri General Assembly, by former statewide elected officials and by former holders of an office that requires Missouri Senate confirmation (Audio: Sen. David Pearce, R-Warrensburg, and Sen. Jill Schupp, D-Creve Coeur);
- Senate Bill 847, which would modify provisions relating to the collateral source rule (Audio: Sen. Ed Emery, R-Lamar, and Sen. Schupp);
- Senate Bill 628, which seeks to require law enforcement agencies, in certain cities, to require their officers to wear a camera while on duty and in uniform and record all contacts with people (Audio: Sen. Jamilah Nasheed, D-St. Louis, and Sen. Dave Schatz, R-Sullivan); and
- Senate Bill 902, legislation that would allow the Missouri Department of Revenue to issue REAL ID-compliant driver’s licenses and identification cards.
