JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri Senate Judiciary and Civil and Criminal Jurisprudence Committee hears legislation that relates to use of deadly force. Senate Bill 661 and Senate Bill 726 both seek to modify the statute specifying when police officers are justified in using deadly force. We’ve included actualities from Sen.
