JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews:
- Senate Concurrent Resolutions 51 and 52, which disapprove the regulation filed by the State Tax Commission on Dec. 29, 2015, that established new values for certain agricultural and horticultural property (Audio: Sen. Will Kraus, R-Lee’s Summit, and Sen. Jill Schupp, D-Creve Coeur);
- Senate Bill 572, a measure that would modify provisions relating to municipal courts (Audio: Sen. Eric Schmitt, R-Glendale, and Sen. Schupp); and
- Senate Bill 731, a measure that would remove the current ban on carrying concealed firearms in higher education institutions, but allow institutions to ban concealed firearms under certain conditions (Audio: Sen. Brian Munzlinger, R-Williamstown, and Sen. Maria Chappelle-Nadal, D-University City).
