Jefferson City — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews some of the new laws that take effect tomorrow (Oct. 14), following last month’s annual veto session. Among these is Senate Bill 641, which creates an income tax deduction for payments received as part of a program that compensates agricultural producers for losses from disaster or emergency.
