SB 77 - This act prohibits political subdivisions from adopting or enforcing ordinances, rules, or regulations relating to the labeling, cultivation, or use of seed, fertilizers, or soil conditioners. This act shall not apply to any ordinance enacted prior to August 28, 2017.

This act is identical to HB 175 (2017), is substantially similar to HCS/HB 1729 (2016), and is similar to HCS/SCS/SB 703 (2016) and SB 769 (2016).
