SCS/SB 252 - Under current law, corporations and associations owned and operated by religious or sectarian groups are exempted from the Missouri Human Rights Act. This act exempts corporations or associations owned or operated by religious or sectarian organizations.

This act is identical to a provision in the truly agreed to SS#2/SCS/SB 43 (2017).
