Current Bill Summary

SB 392 - Under current law, vendors of intoxicating liquor at or near distilleries may remain open between the hours of 6:00 AM and midnight, Monday through Saturday, and between the hours of 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM on Sunday. This act changes these operating hours to 6:00 AM through 1:30 AM, Monday through Saturday, and 9:00 AM to midnight on Sunday.

This act is identical to a provision of SS/SCS/HCS/HB 115 (2017).
