SB 393 - This act establishes the Neighborhood Restoration Act. Under current law, certain provisions relating to property regulation apply to certain cities and counties, but do not apply to the city of Springfield. This act includes the city of Springfield among those cities and counties which are regulated by these provisions. These provisions primarily concern nuisance properties.
