Current Bill Summary

SB 538 - Under this act and beginning August 28, 2018, no vaccine containing mercury shall be administered to a child or adult in Missouri. In cases of a public health emergency, the Director of the Department of Health and Senior Services may exempt the use of a vaccine from this prohibition.

This act is substantially similar to HB 331 (2017).
