Jefferson City- Senators put their stamp of approval on a proposal aiming to fight prescription drug overdoses in the state. Senate Bill 74 requires the Department of Health and Senior Services to develop and maintain a statewide program to track the prescribing and dispensing of all Schedule II through Schedule IV controlled substances.
