JEFFERSON CITY — The Missouri Senate Appropriations Committee is nearing the end of its goal for the year. The panel could have the Fiscal Year 2018 state operating budget ready for the full Missouri Senate before week’s end. The budget has to be delivered to the executive branch by May 5.
