JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, discusses Missouri Senate work on the state’s Fiscal Year 2018 operating budget, which now goes to a Missouri Senate-House committee. The budget has to be delivered to the governor no later than 6 p.m. on Friday, May 5. Fiscal Year 2018 will start on July 1.
