- Senate Bill 816, which would repeal the death penalty (Audio: Sen. Paul Wieland, R-Imperial, and Sen. Gina Walsh, D-Bellefontaine Neighbors);
- Senate Bill 608, a measure that would authorize certain MO HealthNet health care provider fees (Audio: Sen. David Sater, R-Cassville, and Sen. Jason Holsman, D-Kansas City); and
- Senate Bill 569 and Senate Bill 821, both which would apply the ban texting while driving to all drivers (Audio: Sen. David Pearce, R-Warrensburg, and Sen. Jill Schupp, D-Creve Coeur).
