JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. David Pearce, R-Warrensburg, will host the fourth annual Roundtable Discussion Friday, Jan. 29 at the Higginsville City Hall, 1922 Main St. This year’s event takes place from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and Sen. Pearce will be joined by State Rep. Glen Kolkmeyer (R-053) to discuss the upcoming legislative session and other topics of local interest.
The event is open to all Lafayette county commissioners, mayors, city administrators and city clerks. Attendees will also be given the opportunity to speak about pertinent issues in the community. RSVP’s should be made by Jan. 27 to Sharon at (660) 584-6775.
