Ed Emery, R-Lamar, discusses Senate Bills 41 and 67, both of which relate to women’s safety and freedom of speech, and Senate Bill 313, legislation that seeks to establish the Missouri Empowerment Scholarship Accounts Program. All of these measures were discussed by Missouri senators this week.
