JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Ed Emery, R-Lamar, discusses House Bill 78 and Senate Bill 20, both of which relate to Missouri’s prevailing wage law. One of these measures could soon be debated in the Missouri Senate. He also talks about Senate Bill 74, which seeks to establish the Prescription Drug Monitoring Act. This measure is now in the Missouri House of Representatives.
