JEFFERSON CITY — State Sen. Ed Emery, R-Lamar, discusses conclusion of the Second Extraordinary Session of the 99th General Assembly. Lawmakers have sent Senate Bill 5 to the governor. The measure would modify several provisions relating to abortion.
