JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg, was on hand for the signing of Senate Bill 376, legislation that will designate “Old Drum” as the historical dog of the state of Missouri and “Jim the Wonder Dog” as Missouri’s wonder dog. The new law will take effect on Aug. 28.
