JEFFERSON CITY- Senator Bill Eigel, R- St. Charles, released the following statement on the Missouri Supreme Court Denial of an Appeal for Red Light Cameras in St. Charles County
“Today the Missouri Supreme Court took an important action to uphold the will of St. Charles County voters to ban red light cameras. Today is a victory for liberty and for St. Charles County voters. I’d like to thank all local leaders that helped with this fight and ensure the citizens of St. Charles that I am committed to fighting for a total ban of red light cameras statewide here in the General Assembly.”
