JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri senators spend time on two measures. Senate Bill 10 seeks to modify the Missouri Works and Missouri Works Training programs. Jay Wasson, R-Nixa, and Sen. Scott Sifton, D-Affton, in this feature report narrated by Senate Communications Officer Dean Morgan.
