JEFFERSON CITY — A new Missouri law continues to be looked at by a variety of interests. Senate Bill 43 modifies the law relating to unlawful discrimination, and took effect on Aug. 28. There are some people who say the new law will result in the state receiving less federal money. We’ve included actualities from Sen. Ed Emery, R-Lamar, and Sen.
