JEFFERSON CITY — Missouri senators prepare to finish the first month of the 2017 legislative session. As they do, hundreds of measures are making their way through the varying committees in the Missouri Senate. These include Senate Bill 190, which would make changes to some of the ratemaking rules for public utilities, and Senate Bill 28, which would have the Missouri Department of Social Services apply for a waiver for MO HealthNet.
