JEFFERSON CITY — This Week in the Missouri Senate reviews the third week of the 2017 legislative session:
- Reaction to this week’s “State of the State” address (Audio: Senate Minority Floor Leader Gina Walsh, D-Bellefontaine Neighbors; Sen. Mike Cunningham, R-Rogersville; and Sen. Denny Hoskins, R-Warrensburg);
- Senate Bill 31, legislation that would modify provisions relating to the collateral source rule and provide that parties may introduce evidence of the actual cost, rather than the value, of the medical care rendered (Audio: Bill sponsor, Sen. Ed Emery, R-Lamar); and
